DURAPlay Sports turf products are exactly what you would expect from Challenger – the highest quality! These products work for a variety of surfaces, from arena football to batting cages to tennis courts.

These products are constructed from high tech polypropylene, polyethylene or nylon fibers, and can be purchased with a variety of custom backings from unitary latex to attached cushion backings. We also have portable designs for Velcro seam installations.

Options Available

• We can sew on Velcro seams to any attached foam product so the field can be modular and does not have to be a permanent installation.
• We can customize any large field to meet the specific requirements of the project. Customization includes choosing fiber type, face weight, pile height, colors, roll sizes, and more.
• We can also tuft in some permanent lines for football fields and we can manufacture a lines and numbers kit for football fields.
• Custom logos are available.

Most DURAPlay Sports styles are in stock and readily available. Limited styles are stocked with attached cushion backings. Custom fields with attached cushion backings and/or Velcro seams can require a two to four week lead time.
